Commercial Moulding HTV silicone rubber to produce moulds for wax, soap or shampoo products.
We specialise in manufacturing commercial steel mould tools for moulding HTV silicone rubber using computer-controlled compression presses. The resulting commercial silicone rubber mouldings have the unique ability to mould various products, including wax, candles, soap, or shampoo bars.
The HTV silicone rubber, once vulcanized, can withstand the temperatures of molten wax, soaps, and shampoos without any issues during the pouring, cooling and setting processes. Our production process yields a diverse range of mouldings tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
Depending on the required volumes of the final items, we have the flexibility to create mould tools for either single impression mouldings or, for larger quantities, multicavity moulding trays. The latter allows for the simultaneous production of multiple items.
Thanks to the inherently non-stick nature of silicone rubber and the slight flexibility of the moulds, cooled and hardened products typically release effortlessly when the mould is inverted. In cases where products need a little encouragement, applying slight pressure to the back of the cavity easily pops the product out of the mould.
