Speciality Keypads
Rubbertech have been manufacturing keypads in the UK and Far East for over 20 years, during this time we have become experts in manufacturing keypads to enhance the value of our customers products.
Silicone rubber keypads can be easily colour matched, with any colour including luminescent colours. To help further enhance the keypad as well as protecting the printed legends we can add a protective silicone spray coating, a PU based hard coating, metallic spray finishes, anti-microbial spray finish that protects the keypad or epoxy resin coatings.

Some keypads need backlighting, this can be achieved by moulding in a translucent material and applying a negative print legend. Alternatively we can over spray the keypad and by laser etching remove ink from the key top to reveal the customers legend requirements.
We can also supply bespoke vandal proof keypads produced using stainless steel key tops encased in stainless steel housing, these keypads can have etched, paint filled or resin filled legends and can also be supplied with an encrypted output for security. |
